The condo HOA has implemented new rules for any reservation booked after April 15, 2025. Most important are BEACH HOURS, they have been changed to Monday 9am thru Friday noon. ID may be asked for by security. The beach access card is on the kitchen counter. The other beaches available are Onanda Park 4 minutes away or Kershaw Park in Canandaigua. Town of South Bristol, Also a new 4 NIGHT MINIMUM. I can sometimes accommodate shorter reservations by blocking a day or 2 so Please CONTACT ME FOR SHORTER RESERVATIONS. Short term rental Permit #2025-0093 Guest access Dedicated parking spot for the condo, just steps away from the entry. There are 7 steps down to the condo entry from the parking lot Other things to note The Community Beach is accessible by an elevator which transports you down to the beach. There is an access card on the kitchen counter by the key ring to access the gate leading to the elevator. Walking directions Are posted in the condo. 2 beach towels are provided, in a beach bag, located in the bedroom. The Beach is closed annually from mid October to the end of May. The HOA has implemented new rules for beach hours . Monday 9 am through Fridays 5pm, the beach is open to residents. I am Allergic to Dogs, for this reason we don’t accept pets. To keep the Lakefront Retreat allergen friendly, I humbly request if those with Service and Emotional Support animals might choose another option.
