Just funky, fun shed to relax, smoke and hang out. May be a little dusty with a few leaves :) -Soft bamboo sheets, plush towels and closets with hangers and shelves -4 tv's with Roku stick. Netflix and included, foosball, games and books for entertainment. -Wifi included as well as 3 desks 1 with modem and workspace -I've shared some of my original art -Full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in laundry room, to ensure you look your best while in town! -Central air conditioning and forced air heating -Fully stocked kitchen with new sink, oven/electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Pantry with staples, tea pot, coffee makers, baking sheets, blender, pots & pans, dishes, utensils and more! -No parties Receiving extra cleaning from our professional service. Parking in 2 car garage, driveway or free street parking. I'm available from 8am to 8pm. I strive to give quick responses. We live just a couple of minutes away so you may see us occasionally outside as we collect the mail, shovel snow or pull out the trash bins. Great location for exploring & close to everything. -Walk just 5 minutes to Big Dry Creek Trail. One block south to Dry Creek. Trail entrance one block west on south side of street. -Drive just 5 minutes to fix dinner from Tony's Market or enjoy restaurants, shops and a movie at The Streets at SouthGlenn. -15 mins to Historic Downtown Littleton with restaurants and quaint shops. Aspen Grove with brewery, bicycle rental, dining/movie theatre, shops, restaurants and winery or Park Meadows mall with its over 180 shops and restaurants all in a rustic and lodge feel. -30 mins drive to Downtown Denver for Larimer Square, Lodo, RiNo, Denver Art Museum, Kirkland Museum, Museum of Nature and Science with dinosaurs and the Denver Mint. -If you don't feel like driving downtown, catch the light rail at Orchard, ending at Union Station for exploring Downtown Denver, walking 16th street mall with dining, shopping or watching a movie at the Denver Pavilions. From Union Station catch the Winter Park Express train for skiing. -30 Minutes to Red Rocks and Dinosaur Ridge. -1 hour to Wild Animal Sanctuary in Keenesburg. We've donated and visited as a family for years. Over 500 lions, tigers, bears, wolves and large animals. Also about an 1 hour away are: -Loveland ski area. - Boulder, on the way there enjoy The Butterfly Pavillion. Walk Boulder's Pearl Street mall with shops and restaurants. -Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor Resort. Continue a short way to Manitou Springs for Pikes Peak Cog Railway, and Cave of the Winds -Blackhawk or Central City are also 1 hour away for gambling casinos, gold panning and white water rafting -Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park are less than 2 hours away and worth the drive. -Just 1 1/2 hour for skiing at Arapahoe Basin or Keystone or continue on I-70 to Breckenridge, Copper Mtn, Vail or Beaver Creek. Wood for fireplace or fire pit is in garage. There is extra wood under the deck.
