Rental with 90 X 190 single beds, with duvets: Please provide duvet covers for 1 person 140 x 200, mattress and pillow covers. (possibility of rental on site) The space This is a spacious, simple group gîte, with only single beds (14 including 1 bunk bed for children/teens). The distribution on two levels makes it possible, if necessary, to separate girls and boys for the reception of groups of young people. The equipment is complete (flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 fridges with freezer, barbecue, garden furniture, ping-pong table in the basement...). Guest access Access to the entire house. Not suitable for people with limited mobility (stairs). Heating is provided by the oil central heating and the tenant also has the use of the heat pump. SECURITY DEPOSIT The lessee pays the lessor an amount of €400 by check as a security deposit. It is returned at the end of the stay, unless deducted, if any, from the sums due by the lessee for charges or repairs. CLEANING Cleaning is done by the tenant but it is possible to choose the service in addition. Cleaning equipment is located in the boiler room. ANIMALS Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
