Spacious, functional, well-equipped, well-heated accommodation, close to all amenities on foot (2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, pharmacy...) 20 minutes from the Lioran ski resort, ideal for groups and large families. Rental with single beds 90 X 190, with duvets: Please provide duvet covers 1 person 140 x 200, mattress and pillow covers. (Possibility of rental on site) The space This is a spacious, simple group cottage, equipped only with single beds (14 including 1 bunk bed for children/teenagers). The distribution on two levels makes it possible, if necessary, to separate girls and boys for the reception of groups of young people. The equipment is complete (flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 fridges with freezer, barbecue, garden furniture, ping-pong table in the basement...). Guest access Access to the entire house. Not suitable for people with limited mobility (stairs). DESCRIPTION TWO-STORY HOUSE COMPOSED OF: 1st level With a garden of about 1000 m2 accessible through the living room. Including: - 1 dining room/kitchen with 1 living room (1 non-convertible bench), 1 bathroom with shower, - 1 bedroom 2 beds 1 person, - 1 bedroom 3 beds 1 person 2nd floor comprising: - 1 bedroom (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) - 1 bedroom (2 single beds) - 1 bedroom (3 single beds) - 1 bathroom with shower The lessee has the use of the washing machine, the dryer as well as the boiler room for coats and shoes (skis in the garage please). Heating is provided by central oil heating and the tenant also has the use of the heat pump. SECURITY DEPOSIT The lessee pays the lessor by check a sum of €400 as a security deposit. It is returned at the end of the stay, unless deducted, if necessary, from the sums due by the lessee for charges or repairs. CLEANING The cleaning is carried out by the tenant, but it is possible to choose the service at an additional cost. The cleaning equipment is in the boiler room. ANIMALS Unfortunately, no pets allowed. WASTE SORTING Household garbage cans are collective and are located at the pedestrian railway bridge, 100 m below the house. There are also 100 m higher.
