Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat. Guest access Full access to house and yard. Outside deck furniture, grill, and fire pit available during May 1-Nov 1st. Weather permitting. Please be aware this house is on the water. Geese are inevitable. There is a doggie scoop and disposable papers available for your use. It is the guests responsibility to clean the yard since it’s not possible for us to keep the lawn poop free. Other things to note Potsdam Public Beach is within walking distance which is located at Sandstoner Recreation Park
