The space This rather elegant house is set in a large enclosed garden, with wide expanses of lawn and swaying palm trees providing welcome shade around the pool. Free air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms is available. The grounds are entered by a gate set in the dry stone walls surrounding the house and the shaded patio by the villa entrance is a perfect setting for looking out across the picturesque lawns. The house is furnished to a good standard in an intriguing mixture of stylish and antique. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully tiled. As you enter the villa on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom plus two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom. A staircase leads up to the first floor. On the first floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, with separate dining area and a large lounge. Patio doors from here keep the room bright and fresh, with access to a covered terrace and steps leading down to the pool and barbecue area. Sit out on the covered balcony, the heat tempered by the sea breeze and watch the family splash in the pool or gaze at the array of boats - from small craft to huge cruise liners entering or leaving the harbour. Furthermore, on this same floor there is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom and single bedroom sharing a separate bathroom. There is a second lounge on the top floor, a perfect place to retreat to for a moments' peace where you can read a book or just gaze over towards to harbour. All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. Outside, the pool terraces are walled and, slightly raised from the pool area itself, there is an attractive stone barbecue and seating area, great for alfresco dining.
