Gîte Escal'Arbonne

In the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, a mythical place for climbing and walks, we welcome you to "l'Escal'Arbonne" for a stay with family or friends. 50 km from the gates of Paris, ideally located between Fontainebleau and Milly-la-Forêt, and only a few km from the village of painters of Barbizon, come and make a stopover with us! You will be seduced by the environment, calm and nature! Many activities possible in the area. See you soon! The space 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, with all amenities. Spacious F2-type cottage of about 40 m², with all amenities, independent access and secure parking space. Independent entrance leading to a living room with open kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 180 cm king size bed + a 90 cm single bed + storage and office area. Possibility of adding a second extra bed of 90 cm. Shower room with toilet on the ground floor. Possibility of sleeping in the double sofa bed in the living room (Simmons bedding, convertible 140 cm). We can also provide a crib. For your convenience, at Escal'Arbonne, all sheets and towels are included in the price. The beds will be made before your arrival! Very quiet environment and large fully enclosed garden, with games for children (swing, slide, trampoline, Molky, balls...). BBQ and garden furniture available for sunny days. Climbing enthusiasts: we are located just a few minutes from the most famous climbing sites (Isatis, Cuisinière, Gorge aux Châts, La Canche aux merciers, Drei Zinnen, Cuvier, Le Cul de Chien, Apremont, etc.). You will be on site in just 3 to 15 minutes! Horseback riding enthusiasts, we are located a 5-minute drive from Barbizon and about 15 minutes from the Grand Parquet. The cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Shared access to the garden and children's play areas (swing, trampoline, outdoor games, etc.). Part of the private garden with table, sun loungers, games, small vegetable garden... Other things to note The accommodation is a short walk to the forest. But also a farm selling vegetables and local products (Saturday and Sunday mornings). Sale of organic artisanal bread, brioches, special breads every Tuesday and Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the village square, as well as a bulk grocery store at the same times. The village's new pizzeria can deliver you some very good pizzas in the Gîte! New: reopening of the Le Petit Corne Biche restaurant, just 50 m from the cottage! For climbing, crash pad rental is possible by the day. Mountain bike rental also possible (with loan of baby carrier)!
