Kids friendly (baby cot, 3 “high chairs”, baby bath, etc ). A 10 acres garden overlooking the Viroinval valley and complemented with a large wooden terasse. The space Our 120 years old house has been renovated in a contemporary style and is equipped with all possible conveniences. It suits perfectly for large friends and family gatherings. It is also kids friendly with a baby cot, a “chaise haute” and a playground in the garden. A 10 acres garden overlooking the Viroinval valley and complemented with a large wooden terrace and basic outdoor furniture is accessible through a private path winding through hedges of hazel and hornbeam trees. There, you can enjoy the view and make a BBQ. PETS are welcome although not allowed upstairs. A small contribution of 20 euros per pet is asked to cover the extra cleaning work. Thank you. Satellite TV, DVD player, music installation, books, games, toys for children Fully equipped kitchen: mixer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, ceramic cooking plate, fridge, freezer and all possible kitchen equipment. Basic spices assortment is also available (olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, curry, and different herbs). Tea, coffee and coffee filters are also there at your disposal. For stays between 2 and 4 NIGHTS, bedsheets and towels can be provided for 10 EUR / person (bedsheets and towels) (to pay in cash at arrival). Guest access Full house (including garage) + private garden Other things to note Following the observation of a very significant increase in electricity consumption, we decided to make the occupants of this house more responsible by asking to pay for the electricity consumed. Practically, and with trust, we ask you to read the meters on arrival and departure, and this by taking a picture of the meter on your arrival and before your departure and send it to me on my mobile: 0479 22 05 12 . The difference in kw must be multiplied by 0.20 euro (cost price for 1 kw). The amount in cash is to be left on the kitchen table. NB: average amount for a weekend with reasonable electricity use is 20 euros.
