Beautiful Eifel vacation home with garden and grill area

Lovingly furnished detached vacation home with high-end amenities and plenty of space for families or groups. Ideally located for beautiful walks and hikes through the wooded Eifel landscape but also for a variety of excursion options. We are happy to help you with information and tips for a successful and relaxing vacation. The space Our vacation home is 130 m². The house has 3 bedrooms (for 6 people), a living room with sofa bed and flat-screen TV/DVD player, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen (including dishwasher) with dining area. The 8 existing sleeping accommodations can be extended by 2 additional sleeping accommodations by arrangement. Bedding and towels are included. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There is only €70.00 left for the final cleaning. The house has a large plot with a log cabin and barbecue area for your own use. IMPORTANT: The municipality of Hellenthal charges an accommodation tax of 1.50 euros per person per night. This must be paid on site. Children up to and including 13 years are exempt. Other things to note Our vacation home is located in the small Eifel village of Kamberg in the municipality of Hellenthal. A variety of excursion destinations in the immediate or wider environment such as the Eifel National Park with its numerous hiking opportunities, Lake Kronenburg, the go-kart track and the airfield at Dahlemer Binz (for parachuting enthusiasts), the "Grube Wohlfahrt" visitor mine, the game reserve in Hellenthal or Phantasialand in Brühl, the Nürburgring, the Spa Francorchamps race track (Belgium), the City Outlet in Bad Münstereifel or the Dauner Maare offer varied possibilities for leisure activities. In Schmidtheim, 10 km away, you can book an alpaca/llama hike. Winter sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. In the neighboring village of Udenbreth (7 km away) there is a toboggan run with a lift and also groomed cross-country ski trails that can be used in appropriate weather conditions. At the “Schwarzer Mann” in neighboring Rhineland-Palatinate, there are 2 downhill slopes with a lift, a 450 m long natural toboggan run and a mini children's toboggan run (100 m long) for the little winter friends.
