These consumables are designed to facilitate your installation from day one, but are not replenished during the stay. 🤝 Physical welcome on arrival We live nearby, which allows us to remain available and responsive if needed throughout your stay. Our priority: your comfort and peace of mind. 📘 Before your arrival You will receive a complete digital welcome booklet via Airbnb messaging or email. It contains all the useful information to organize and make the most of your stay. ⏰ Check-in and check-out times: Check-in: from 4:30 p.m. Check-out: no later than 10 a.m. Any checkout after 10 a.m. not agreed in advance may be charged €25/hour started. 🚗 Parking: Easy and free! Guest access The villa is completely private. Only you will have access to the swimming pool and games room. The pool is heated from April to September. It can be heated outside this period optionally depending on weather and government conditions.
