Important Construction Notice Beginning October 1/2025 through March 15/2026 construction will take place at the Regency Towers building in different locations to bring major improvements. We have planned around this schedule and blocked bookings during any periods that would directly impact guest experience. During active work phases there may be occasional noise dust or temporary barricaded areas in certain parts of the property. However the core guest amenities including pools beach access Sandbar hot tub and our condo itself should not be affected. We look forward to enjoying and sharing a beautifully new and improved Regency Towers in several months. How Access Works Self check in is simple with a digital lock code provided in advance no keys needed. Check in after 4:00 PM check out by 10:00 AM. Detailed instructions arrive prior to arrival. Upon arrival complete your initial registration at the front desk to receive parking permit and swim bands wristbands. Ample parking is available. The beach is just steps away so you can arrive settle in and start enjoying the Gulf right away.
