House with big garden 2km from Poetto beach

Casa Ferula Cagliari is a country house with a large garden, located in the countryside surrounding Quartu Sant'Elena. The property is 15 km from Cagliari/Elmas Airport, about 15 km from the center of Cagliari, and a 5-minute drive from Poetto Beach and the coastal road, which allows you to reach the beautiful beaches of Villasimius, Geremeas and many others in just over half an hour. A car is necessary to leave the neighborhood due to a road without sidewalks, which is not pedestrian-friendly. BBQ Other things to note In the approximately 5000 sqm garden surrounding the house, you will also find my family's home and my sister's house, but each residence enjoys its own privacy. Within the garden perimeter, there is a small pathway leading to the vegetable garden, which we occasionally pass through. My sister has a gentle Labrador (Nala) who stays within her part of the garden (or can roam freely if you enjoy having dogs around). She is quiet and well-behaved.
