The completely regular city complex represents the first realized plan city of this kind north of the Alps, thus taking on an outstanding position in the history of early childhood urban planning. The house is ideally suited for gathering friends or family gathering. 400 m² can be used. A garden, behind the house, is at your disposal. The space This is one of the oldest houses in Marienberg. The stately Baroque building is accessed by a wide middle entrance. Next to the 20m long hallway with four cross vaulted fields are further vaults on the ground floor . These can be used differently. Bicycles can be comfortably accommodated in the house. In the right part of the ground floor you will find a private collection of historic bicycles. Behind the house there is a garden of about 300 m². This is ideal for relaxing. Children can play undisturbed there. Two seating areas offer plenty of seating. Since we already lived in Marienberg at the beginning of the 90 years, after almost 20 years of vacancy, we bought the house in 2013. We love these old walls and have tried to use the existing substance sustainably. With a lot of personal effort and dedication, our son converted the main part of the house into a cozy home. We have succeeded in creating a multi-generational house. On the first floor, you will find a very large parquet area in the entrance area. It's a great place to have family celebrations. Behind it begins a spacious apartment with a living room and two bedrooms. On this floor, there is a large bathroom and an additional toilet. In the beautiful kitchen, it's a good idea to cook with friends. This apartment is suitable for 6 persons. Upstairs, there is also a self-contained residential unit that you can use. From the large hallway, you can access the three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room with an additional sofa bed and the cinema room. Through the living room you enter the 4th bedroom. If necessary, you can use the cinema room. There you will also find a DVD and Blu-ray collection. Guest access Possibility of contactless Other things to note Parking is sufficient in Marienberg in front of the house you can keep to unload. It can be parked for free at the city gate, employment office or the police. At the Marienkirche behind the house, you can also park your vehicle free of charge. Since the house is very deep, there is no window in the bathroom on the upper floor and also in the bedroom on the upper floor. However, it is possible to ventilate through the existing back door. Nevertheless, especially in this room you sleep very quietly, a little like in a tent. The proximity to the church often leaves "the bells people". On the street side, sound windows are installed.
