New fully remodeled studio apartment with teak furniture throughout and remote work capabilities. Located close to down town, beach, public transportation, gym, and grocery store. The space We are renting our newly remodeled guest studio here in sunny Aruba (nestled within a 7-unit boutique hotel that is adults only). It is located very close to the beach (a short 3 minutes walk) bus stop and supermarkets (2 minutes walk). Basically this unit is a stone throw from everything in Aruba. The units has a new PVC kitchen with quartz countertop and two burner induction stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc. The apartment has a queen size bed, dining table with two chairs for dining or working remotely. It naturally has private bathroom hot water rain shower. On the premises are a coin operated washer and dryer, a pool with loungers for sun tanning and a huge Palapel (covered area), BBQ as well as free Wi-Fi (up to 200Mbps down!). Within walking distance we have a big supermarkets(Ling & Sons) for your daily groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables. There are some great food places like The Kitchen, Wendy's, Tatami Sushi bar and Cinnabon and many more all within a short 10 minutes walk. We also have a gym close by (My Fitness 3) to keep you fit during your stay with us. The public bus stop is a short 3 minute walk and most of our guest do not rent a car for your stay, but you might rent one for a day or so to go exploring. The closest beach is called Druif Beach and it is the beach where the low rise hotels are located like the Divi Dutch Village and The Tamarijn. We also provide many additional services such as pick up/drop off service at the airport for $30. We are here to ensure your trip to Aruba and your stay at Stone Throw is a memorable and enjoyable one and having you want to come back over and over again! Guest access You have access to the outside lounge area with BBQ, coin operated laundry center, Lounge pool and 2 bicycles Other things to note There is a cat on the premises called Bea. She is mostly an inside cat but sometimes walks around outside. We also have a stray dog (Hooch) living across our street that we sort of have adopted and take care off. Sometimes he wanders in lays under the dining table and sleeps the whole day
