The space Costa Vista #2 is a spacious, multi-level villa designed for relaxation, privacy, and unforgettable sea views—perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests. Ground Floor • Master Bedroom #1 – A quiet, elegant retreat featuring a queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and plenty of closet space. • The Blue Room – A cozy and colorful bedroom with two twin beds, ideal for children or additional guests. Lower Level • Master Bedroom #2 – A second private suite offering a queen-size bed, natural light, and easy access to the lower patio. • The Green Room – Bright and airy, furnished with two twin beds and styled with a relaxed island vibe. • A shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves both bedrooms on this level. Second Floor – Living, Dining & Kitchen • A large open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dining essentials—perfect for group meals or casual gatherings. • The kitchen flows into a spacious living and dining area, all cooled by air conditioning and filled with natural light. • Sliding doors open onto a covered terrace with outdoor seating—perfect for coffee mornings or relaxed evening drinks. Rooftop Deck • A wide staircase leads up to a 550 sq ft rooftop terrace, the crown jewel of Costa Vista #2. • Features include: • Dining table and chairs • Lounge seating for sunbathing or reading • Outdoor lighting and electrical outlets for convenience • Panoramic Caribbean sea views—ideal for sunsets, stargazing, or entertaining ⸻ Additional Features • Air conditioning in main bedrooms and all living spaces • Shared swimming pool with shaded gazebo • Furnished terraces on both second floor and rooftop • Free parking for one car • Reliable high-speed WiFi • External lighting and power outlets on rooftop for evening use ⸻ Accessibility & Guest Notes • Not wheelchair accessible – The villa is located on a hill with stair access between levels. • Not suitable for very young children due to the multi-level layout and open staircases. • No smoking indoors – Allowed on terraces or rooftop with doors closed. • No pets allowed Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire villa, including all four bedrooms, multiple terraces, the rooftop deck, and the shared pool with gazebo. The villa is situated on a fairly steep hill, which offers incredible views of the Caribbean Sea. However, this hillside location may not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges, disabilities, or older individuals who may have difficulty navigating inclines or stairs. For convenience and security, entry is completely contactless: • The main gate is operated via remote control or keypad. • The villa features electronic door locks with personalized key codes, allowing guests to check in and out easily without needing to meet anyone in person. Other things to note Hilltop Location The villa is located on a fairly steep hill, offering stunning panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. However, this elevated setting may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility, disabilities, or elderly individuals who may find the incline or stairs challenging. ⸻ Phone Service • The villa provides free local telephone service. • For international communication, we recommend using Wi-Fi-based apps such as your favorite messaging apps or Wi-Fi calling, depending on your mobile plan. • Traditional international calls must be made using a personal calling card. ⸻ Pool Use The shared pool is perfect for enjoying the sunshine, but for your safety, please observe the following rules: • Children must be supervised at all times. • If children are not strong swimmers, bring floatation devices. • No running or jumping around the pool area. • No glassware is permitted in or near the pool—use only non-breakable drinkware. • Be cautious when walking indoors with wet feet—tiles can become slippery. ⸻ Cleaning • For weekly stays, a mid-week cleaning will be provided by our housekeeper. • For extended stays, the villa is cleaned once per week. • All cleaning services will be scheduled by our local property manager. ⸻ Cooling & Air Conditioning • The villa takes full advantage of Barbados’ natural breezes. Feel free to open windows and doors when you’re home—but latch them securely, as gusts can be strong. • Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a motion-sensing remote: • Units automatically turn off when rooms are unoccupied. • They reactivate when someone re-enters the room. • Set temperatures no lower than 20°C (68°F). • Always keep doors and windows closed when using the A/C. ⸻ Electricity • Power is supplied at 110V, compatible with most North American devices. • There are also several UK-style outlets—bring a universal adapter to be safe. • Some outlets require a red switch to be pressed to activate power—these are clearly labeled. • Electricity on the island is very reliable. ⸻ Garbage Please place all garbage in the large outdoor bins located just beyond the villa’s security gate. ⸻ Hot Water • Hot water is provided by a solar water heater that works best on sunny days. • During cloudy weather or high usage, a backup electric switch can be used to heat water: • Do not leave the backup switch on for more than 2 hours at a time, as it uses standard electricity. • Water temperatures can get very hot—always test the temperature before showering. ⸻ Laundry The villa includes a washer and dryer for your personal use during your stay. ⸻ Toilets Toilets are reliable but should only be used for standard waste and toilet paper. Please do not flush: • Sanitary products • Diapers • Paper towels Use the waste bins provided in each bathroom for these items.
