SLO’s newest playground, the SLO Swim Center, and the Blues Baseball Stadium are mere blocks away. You may want to stay put, however, as this home’s recently renovated patio is the perfect spot for relaxation and connection. The space The Briarwood House features Cali-casual style, a recently renovated kitchen, an outdoor fire pit/BBQ/dining/hangout/relaxing-over-a-glass-of-wine space, and an overall set up that is perfectly appointed for making memories together. All bedrooms include blackout curtains/shades, crisp linens and a fan…the perfect formula for a tranquil night of sleep. The kitchen will welcome you right in – starting with coffee, tea, oatmeal and fresh fruit to start your day! The Bertazzoni gas stove, stainless steel appliances and filtered water systems make this well-appointed kitchen an ideal place for any of your gourmet endeavors. A cozy living room provides you with a selection of board games and a smart TV with access to Disney+, Netflix and a large assortment of DVDs. Game night or snuggle time – you choose. Last but not least, the outdoor space will be your very own quiet retreat. We have a BBQ, two built-in seating areas (one is next to the built-in fire pit), pergola, umbrella, patio lights, trampoline, an assortment of toys to entertain little ones and plenty of space to play. You may also choose to enjoy the seating nook in the front yard, a tucked away spot perfect for a cup of coffee and a sunrise. Aren’t you more relaxed just thinking about it? Other things to note If you are staying on a Thursday or Friday, it's possible a neighbor will be bringing our trash bins out or in. The two smaller bedrooms each have a small fish tank (beta fish-sized).
