BEACH ACCESS: The NatureWalk community boasts a private scenic pathway through nature preserves leading to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near 'The Gathering Place' ends at the San Juan Avenue public beach access, about 1 mile away. The best way to get there is to use the provided bikes! Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Please note the neighborhood and management team enforces quiet hours after 10pm, and be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.
