Washer/ dryer, safe, beach chairs, and cooler are all provided for your comfort and enjoyment. Guest access Oceania Residences is a gated community. There are gates that will allow access to the beach road so that you may cross directly to Eagle Beach and enjoy the sun and sand. Other things to note Pricing is in USD, based on nightly rates for up to 2 guests excluding local taxes and service fees Your rental includes beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Please request pack n plays and high chairs at check in - we have a limited supply, so it is first come, first served. Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests. Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections.
