This private gated villa is located in a safe, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood and is surrounded by immaculate gardens. The villa features European inspired decor. The space The master bedroom faces the garden and is outfitted with a 60” TV, a comfortable queen size bed, and a private full bathroom (bath tub and separate shower). The junior room features a 40” TV and a queen size bed. The third bedroom includes a working / office setting complete with a desk, chair and bookshelves. The second bathroom has a standing shower and vanity area. TVs have access to 60 stations. WiFi throughout the house. You have a scanner and a printer The open concept kitchen sits under a high ceiling creating an open and airy feel. It is fully equipped - dishwasher, stove-top over, microwave, toaster oven, fridge, and full sink. From the dining area (which includes a six-person dining table), you can step out into the patio for drinks. The patio includes a barbecue grill and a dart board. There is a laundry room on-site and a maid is available for 1.500 Colones per hour (for long-term stays). The villa is very secure, surrounded by six outdoor security cameras, and the owners live next door with their dog Tica. There are nice restaurants in the area and take out places that you can get to by taxi (very cheap fare). The property is less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Atenas. There are yoga classes every day in Atenas and you can have private massages at home by appointment. A great acupuncturist is very close by as well. The owners are happy to help you make arrangements! Large ceiling fans installed in the villa. Nature's air conditioning (the Costa Rican breeze) does the rest! To complete the total accommodation for 8 people, a separate private room is provided, separate from the main house, where 2 people can stay. It has a private bathroom.There is a french chef available upon request and a massagiste also. Guest access The guests have full access to the solar-heated infinity pool, patio, and laundry room. Other things to note It is safe to walk around the property / neighborhood - you'll enjoy seeing local wildlife and all kinds of tropical flowers. The climate is mild throughout the day and the villa is located away from the hot and humid tropical climate that you'll find closer to the ocean. You are 45 minutes away from the ocean where you can surf. There are also many interesting excursions to the mountains, waterfalls, and volcano.
