Rural retreat - Private heated pool & Kid friendly

Gîte with a relaxing country spirit, in a hamlet in the Gers, 50 min from Toulouse and 20 min from Auch, which can accommodate 15 people in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. A paradise for families and children with a slide, swing, tree house and private heated swimming pool, petanque area, bbq, pool house, table tennis... The gîte comprises 2 adjoining buildings separated by a Zen patio, on a private plot of 2000m2. An ideal resting place for large families and groups of friends. The space The gîte "Les Estarguis", located in a hamlet of 2 houses, is surrounded by fields and enjoys a very pleasant calm. The entrance is independent, and there is a common outside plug for electric cars. The central patio, designed as a "zen space" perfect for relaxation, is located between the two buildings making up the gîte. A private swimming pool of 9mx4m x 1.5m deep with a large sunken deck, a corner staircase and an anti-fall shutter is available for your enjoyment. It can be heated from the moment it opens in April, at no extra cost, and allows the water temperature to be 10° above that of the air. There is also a large terrace with sun loungers, deckchairs, a summer kitchen, a wood-fired barbecue (charcoal not provided) and an outdoor toilet, a 15m x 4m petanque court, a children's play area with a slide, a swing and a "living" willow tree house. A ping-pong table and various other games are also available for entertainment. Please note that the land is not enclosed, and there are neighbours about 10 metres away, so you should respect them by limiting any disturbance. However, there are no neighbours to contend with! The main building is an old stable which has been completely renovated and has 3 ensuite bedrooms, one of which is a spacious room of 27m2 on the ground floor (perfect for disabled people) and 2 rooms of 23m2 on the first floor. There are 3 further bedrooms on the upper floor of the annex - the secondary building - which is accessible by an external staircase. They share 2 bathrooms with a separate toilet. Private bathroom with shower and separate toilet. SECONDARY BUILDING "Annexe" (130m2) All rooms are on the first floor, accessible by the outside stairs. They share the same bathroom with shower, bidet and separate toilet. -Chambre SAINT SAUVY (3 pers), 25m2, 1 double bed 160 and 1 single bed 90. -Room AUBIET (3 pers), 27m2, 3 single beds 90. -Chambre MAUVEZIN (3 pers), 25m2, 1 double bed 160, 1 single bed 90. On the ground floor of the main building is also the 80m2 living room with cathedral ceiling, composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with sofa, TV and wifi video projector. It offers direct access to the outside terrace with the shaded dining area facing the pool. A laundry room with washing machine, fridge and sink, as well as an independent toilet on the ground floor complete the set. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT : -XL oven (90 cm wide) for large tables -4 burner induction hob -Central island with sink -Dishwasher -A large combined freezer fridge + 1 other fridge in the laundry room -2 coffee machines (classic filter + ©Nespresso original capsules vertuo) -Kettle, toaster, microwave, waffle iron, electric juicer, hand blender... -Kitchenware included (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sponges, tea towels, bin liners, washing up liquid, LV tablets...) The two buildings are side by side, about ten metres apart and separated by the patio of the "Zen space". The gîte is totally independent and guests will be able to enjoy the property in total autonomy and exclusivity, the ground floor of the annex being private. The gîte is very easy to access by car and parking is possible on the property for 4/5 vehicles. There is an electric vehicle charging point (2kw slow charge) in front of the house. The Gite is open all year round. In winter, the underfloor heating on the ground floor of the gîte and the electric radiators will ensure a comfortable stay. See you soon! Guest access Travellers have exclusive access to the entire property, except for the ground floor of the annex building. Occupied from time to time by the owners. Other things to note -Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made up on arrival. -Cleaning at the end of your stay is included. However, travellers must leave the house in good order before their departure, clean the bbq, remove used sheets and towels and collect their rubbish (bathroom and toilet rubbish bins, selective sorting of glass, packaging, household waste: instructions on the spot) to put them in the village containers, as there is no individual collection in the hamlet. -The pool can be heated at no extra cost during the opening period from April to October. Please allow 2 days for heating before use. -Pets are not allowed. -Any additional cleaning work such as the cleaning of mattresses, mattress covers, cushion and chair covers or any damage may be charged after the stay. Please make sure you respect the premises. -Parties are not allowed, out of respect for the only neighbour of the hamlet ;) and no outside guests beyond the mentioned sleeping capacity (i.e. 15 people) are allowed. Long-term rentals (more than 28 nights) are accepted from November to March. The price includes water and electricity, as well as bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Central electric heating (heat pump) is charged 250€/month The ground floor of the annexe is occupied from time to time by the owners. They will not disturb you. They have their own entrance and their own outdoor living areas, not overlooked. They remain available if you need them. We are not allowed to accommodate group of more than 15 people, babies included.
