A four bedroom home: two rooms have a king, one a queen bed (this room is in the basement and is available for stays with more than four guests) and another room with two twins The dining, living, and kitchen areas provide guests with a clean modern space for gathering. The basement has a ping-pong table, laundry and a second full bath room. The house also has a four person hot tub available year round. Our home space highly reflects that I am an artist and a teacher of painting, drawing, color theory and design. Guests need not interact with me unless it is a necessity. My phone number will be provided. We are located near the Hillcrest Elementary School in an older family residential neighborhood. Cars are pretty necessary in Brookings. There is a driveway at the house in which you can park your car(s). Pets are allowed, but there is a fee
