It is located in the central region of Balneário Camboriú, 2 blocks from the beach, close to Shopping Atlântico, Praça Almirante Tamandaré, Calçadão Central, Municipal Theater, Colonial Products Fair, Cafeterias, Bars and Restaurants, Bakeries, Supermarket, Pharmacies, Camelódromo, Shops and Commerce of various segments. The space The apartment is super functional, cozy and accommodates up to 6 guests. It has a large balcony with a protective net, facing the street, sunny, ventilated and we offer in the 02 bedrooms, split air-conditioning, covers, pillows, cabinets and hangers. In the living room, we have a sofa bed that accommodates 2 guests, with a ceiling fan and 43-inch Smart TV. The kitchen is complete with all utensils and appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric oven, microwave and stove) and in the laundry room we have a washing tub and washing machine. Guest access The apartment is located in the central region of Balneário Camboriú, close to everything. Guests can leave their car in the garage and walk around to see what our neighborhood has to offer. Other things to note Before making your reservation, please inform us of the vehicle model because the garage has a car lift and some truck models do not fit.
