This newly constructed waterfront home is just 5 minutes from the Village of Baddeck, which is conveniently located in central Cape Breton. The space Take pleasure in the shores of the Bras D’or Lakes just steps away from your door. Spend your days enjoying all that Cape Breton Island and Baddeck has to offer. Come back to a place where you can relax on the beach, enjoy a refreshing swim or simply sit back and enjoy the view. If you feel like exploring the Bras D’or, a canoe is provided to use during your stay. With it’s open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, this home features large windows throughout the entire house, so you won’t miss out on the spectacular scenery. This home has two large bedrooms and one full bathroom which includes a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a queen bed. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa bed with an upgraded luxury queen mattress. A travel crib/pack and play bed is available upon request. A heat pump has been installed for your comfort. Now available, unlimited Starlink high speed wireless internet. Please note that there is no Satellite TV included. For your entertainment, a smart tv has been provided. Features include multiple live streaming channels, youtube, Netflix and Disney +. A Netflix and Disney + account are available for your use during your stay. Let this be your home away from home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The property features over 230ft of waterfront. Guests have use of kayaks when available (lifejackets provided). Sailboat or any boats with motors, are for owners use only. Beach is shared with owners, along with our two young children that enjoy playing outdoors by the water. We also have a hypoallergenic puppy. Other things to note Owners reside on the property in a separate residence. We have animals such as chickens and a goat , as well as a hypoallergenic puppy.
