Casa Mayhew in charming small town

Cofradia de Suchitlan is located at about 4,300 feet above sea level, meaning the temperature is warm in the daytime and cool at night. Views of Volcan Colima are found throughout the town which is small and welcoming. Local stores offer groceries and artesania. There is also a central plaza where you may find children playing or a local market on Tuesdays. Nature walks are available out any road--you can ask us for recommendations, ask a local, or ask us to find a guide for you! The space None of the bedrooms shares walls, giving you all added privacy, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is an additional half-bath off the main corridor. The kitchen has a gas stove, full refrigerator, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and beautiful dishes. There is one parking space with a gate that locks and plenty of on-street parking. The garden is beautiful with paths through large trees. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home. Although the house is private and you will have access to all areas, please consider that the price will vary depending on the number of people entering (up to 6 people). If you book for 2 people you will see that the price will be lower but you will only be given the keys to the main room. If you rent for 4 people, you will be given the keys to 2 rooms and if you rent for 6, you will have the keys to the 3 rooms. The same platform will give you the final price when you quote. Other things to note Please consider that the house is in a rural village and our accommodation has a corridor with plants, a large garden, fountain and lots of vegetation. We fumigate frequently, however, you have to be aware of the great variety of insects that are part of the region.
