EXTRAS - Freshly laundered linens and fluffy white towels - Full sized washer and dryer for guest use - Hair dryer and iron/board - SMART tv’s in living room and bedrooms - We provide starter supplies of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, and trash bags. Once this supply runs out, you will need to purchase additional supplies. ADDITIONAL - Free WiFi (not responsible for service disruptions) - PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Guest access Guests will have access to our entire condo and resort amenities. *We offer and recommend travel insurance from Rental Guardian to protect your vacation! The policy is 7% of your vacation, or we offer a "cancel for any reason" policy for 10.8% of your vacation cost. Our properties are PROFESSIONALLY cleaned with rigorous cleaning & disinfecting standards and all linens are cleaned in a high heat commercial laundry. **Guest pets are not allowed in this condo or building by HOA rules. Emotional support animals are not required by ADA laws to be allowed in vacation rentals. Please do not bring any pets – guest who try to sneak in an illegal pet will be evicted! If you have a support animal that you plan to bring, please search for pet friendly rental options!** RULES - Max of 6 guests in this condo. Primary guest(s) must be at least 25 years old and personally supervise any guests under 25 at all times. NO pets allowed, including ESAs which are not required in vacation rentals by law, and no smoking/vaping in the condo, the balcony, or any common areas. We provide starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo. If guests run out of supplies, they will need to purchase additional supplies. We are located in a condo building - we are not responsible for noise from other guests or construction, any closed amenities due to maintenance or other or any other building issues. Guests must adhere to HOA/building rules and quiet hours. Guests can bring up to 2 cars and park in the open lot. No boats or trailers allowed on-site. No parties allowed. Upon booking you will be sent our reservation agreement for electronic signature which is required to be signed for all reservations! The administrative fee includes an accidental damage waiver. There will be a credit hold of $300 placed 2 days prior to your reservation for a security deposit. This is released 7 days after departure if there is no damage not covered by the damage waiver. *Departure instructions – we do ask that our guests remove all trash and food, start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes, and strip the beds. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you! Other things to note RULES • Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests. • Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals. • All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience! • CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply. • Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time. • Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! • We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. • No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony • Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund. • All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes. • Photos include staging before professional photography. • Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 6 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each. Your care and attention is appreciated. *Departure instructions: We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests - you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes.
