We welcome you to enjoy our cozy, clean and light-filled home on a quiet street in the Charlottesville neighborhood of Belmont. The space Our 2,800 square foot, three story home features a middle level with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, an open living / dining room area, and kitchen. The upper level is a brand new bedroom suite with a beautiful lofted ceiling, roof deck and private bathroom with tile shower and private toilet. The lower level features a bedroom and bath, newly added in 2021. A second portion of the lower level serves as a large playroom / second living room. Two living spaces feature queen size IKEA sofa beds with mattress toppers and can be made private. The home, fully renovated in 2021, features solid oak and tile flooring. The home is especially suited for groups and families. The lovely back yard is fully fenced in and features a table and chairs, fireplace, and grill. Guest access All spaces are accessible to our guests except use of the treadmill and shed.
