Little Harbor Resort is a paradise packed with amenities. Enjoy 2 pools, Hot Tub, Beach on Tampa Bay (not Gulf), 2 restaurants, Tiki Bar, tennis, pickleball, basketball, playground, fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, and Freedom Boat Club. This first/ground private condo has a full kitchenette with full size fridge, Microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster. 1 luxurious King size bed and a full sleeper couch, set in beautiful island decor. The space Combination lock for entry way door, Access all of the resort amenities. The pool and hot tub have childproof locks on the gates just reach over the top of the gate and pull up on the knob, you'll also need the magnetic fob i supply to unlock the gates plus access the "lobby" area for the gym and pickle ball equipment plus feel free to use the boardwalk, pier, restaurants and beach all steps away from the condo. Guest access The room is on a combination lock, there is no reception to check in, you go straight to the room and enter the door code which will be sent to you along with all the check in information by 9am the day of your arrival. I will need your email address to send you the parking pass, the Air bnb proxy servers block it, it will be sent by 9am the day before you check in, please check your spam folder if you can't find it look for an email from (all one word) brit properties llc at gee mail. There will be a spare paper parking pass in the room if you can't print one out prior to arrival. But if you arrive after 9pm you will need to show it to the guard gate, if you can't print one off then just show the email on your phone
