Beautiful Ocean View Penthouse Apartment located in the East Side Coast of Ceiba Puerto Rico. The apartment is in a closed gated community with on site Security. There are 2 parking spaces available. Only 7 minutes away from the Ferry Terminal to Vieques and Culebra, 5 minutes away from playa Macho, about 20 minutes from Luquillo Kiosk and 30 minutes from the National Rainforest in Rio Grande. The space The Apartment is very spacious consisting of 3 bedrooms, Private Terrace and Balcony overlooking the ocean, Vieques and Culebra. Each bedroom and Living Room has an a/c unit. There are 2 full bathrooms, one in the Master Bedroom. The master bathroom does have hot water, it may take a bit to warm up. Guest bathroom has hot water. The kitchen is a full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, utensil and cookware. There is a laundry unit with a wash and dryer available. The living room has a smart TV and board games inside the tv unit and our beautiful view overlooking Vieques!!! Conveniently located, there are two complimentary Parking spaces in front of the building. Guest access Pool & Gym area are now open to our guest hours are from 9am - 9pm. Other things to note INCLEMENT WEATHER: please follow the National Weather Service during the Hurricane season starting June through November. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for unforeseen trip disruptions. POWER OUTAGES: This is a common occurrence on most islands and may happen during your stay. If you’re using an appliance and a power outage occurs, please turn the appliance’s power switch to the ‘off’ position. This will prevent accidental damage or injury should the power return and the appliance is left unattended.
