Villa La Pagerie – Beachfront Caribbean Living

The villa is located in unspoiled Carriacou, the most southern isle of the Grenadines Archipelago. Nestled in a half-acre lush garden, it is mere steps from a secluded beach where a coral reef lines a natural sandy cove. The cove is home to many tropical fish and lobster, making it ideal for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and fishing. Our home is made for relaxation and wonder. Wide verandahs surround the entire villa offering up spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the tropical gardens. The space Villa La Pagerie has five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms on the main and upper floors which can accommodate up to ten guests. In addition, there is a self-contained studio in the basement with a private entrance, two twin beds, a bathroom and a kitchenette. The studio flat can accommodate a live-in chef/housekeeper or two extra guests as required. The villa can sleep up to twelve people. The open concept kitchen/living/office area spills out onto a spacious pool deck. A wrap-around verandah delivers magnificent views from every main floor bedroom and provides agreeable shade for lounging. Tradewinds naturally cool the villa as they blow through the louvered windows and doors. There is also a beach deck with loungers and a shower for rinsing off after a lovely dip in the sea. Guest access The entire villa, gardens, decks and semi-private beach are accessible to all guests at Villa La Pagerie. Other things to note Carriacou is situated in the Eastern Caribbean, 12° north of the equator and outside the hurricane belt. The island is approximately 20 miles from Grenada and is part of the tri-island state of Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Carriacou has its own small airport – Lauriston Airport. Major airlines fly into St. George's, Grenada and from there it's just a 20-minute flight with SVG Air or a 90 minute ferry ride to arrive in Carriacou. As there is limited tourism in Carriacou, Villa La Pagerie is a restorative refuge from the daily grind and delivers a taste of authentic Caribbean living.
