Very cozy country house from 1902 Pure Spessart idyll

A retreat, far from the noise and hustle and bustle. Nestled between shady forests and extensive field and hiking trails, you will find a place in my cottage where modern comfort meets the originality of country life. The house from 1902 has been lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, and equipped with many modern amenities. The vacation home is suitable for couples, nature lovers, quiet small groups and families. Pure Spessart idyll The space The space The house has a size of about 85 m² and has 4 rooms. The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with an exclusive dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer and a stove. In the spacious bathroom you will find a large bathtub with integrated shower. The study is equipped with a B/W laser printer and offers the incredible distant view of the Spessart. The highlight of the house is the Bullerjan stove, which provides cozy warmth. Sufficient wood is provided. Of course, all rooms are equipped with central heating. Due to the simple plank flooring on the upper floor, you have quasi underfloor heating with age-related noises.
