The space Hermosa Treehouse features an open air king suite on the top floor where you can experience sleeping in the jungle with the cool ocean breeze, crashing waves and amazing ocean view when you wake in the morning. A sofa bed is also available in this room. You'll also find three additional fully enclosed king suites with air conditioning on lower floors (total 4 king suites), each with en suite bathrooms. The brand new garden level suites also include workspaces and HD smart TVs. The extra deep pool off the main level keeps the water cool and provides a great place to relax in between activities. Located in the upscale and quiet north end of town, you’re a 2-minute walk to the beach from the back gate, amazing tide pools to the right, perfect surf break for all skill levels to the left, and gorgeous jungle and ocean views from the house. The property is very private and secure, with high fences and two gates from the main road – no steep driveways to navigate like most homes in the area. There is a small store and two restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the house, but a beautiful 10 minute drive puts you in the heart of Santa Teresa. Other things to note Gaze out the secluded balcony to catch the stunning ocean view and watch howler monkeys swing from the canopy. Savor or serve a meal in the fully equipped gourmet chef’s kitchen.
