The space Pacifica Poolside Oasis is a private coastal retreat designed for families, executive stays, and quiet gatherings. Set on a peaceful hilltop cul-de-sac, the home offers sweeping canyon views, refined interiors, and resort-style amenities just minutes from the beach and approximately 23 minutes from San Francisco International Airport. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, our home features spacious indoor-outdoor living, a chef’s kitchen, comfortable bedding, a pool (optional pool heating available for an additional fee), hot tub, barrel sauna, and multiple areas to relax, gather, and unwind. Whether you spend the day hiking the coast, golfing, surfing, or exploring San Francisco, this home is designed to be a calm and comfortable place to return to. Please note: this is not a party house. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we are selective about the stays we accept in order to protect our home and respect our neighbors. Before booking, please review the following requirements: • Primary guest must be at least 30 years old • Pool Waiver and Good Neighbor Agreement are required • Guest check-in form must be completed with accurate overnight guest and visitor details • Positive review history required Zero-Tolerance Policies Violation of any of the following may result in immediate removal without refund: • Only registered guests may stay overnight • All visitors must be disclosed and approved prior to booking • No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings • No excessive noise or neighbor complaints • No parking violations or blocking neighboring homes We provide four parking spaces total: • 1 garage space • 2 driveway spaces • 1 tandem space blocking the driveway Additional parking must be discussed with host before booking. If your stay involves parties, large gatherings, rental catering furniture, or undisclosed guests, this home will not be a fit. About the Home The main level features an open-concept kitchen, dining area, two living spaces, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Main-level bedrooms: • King primary bedroom with attached bathroom • Queen bedroom • Twin bedroom with two twin beds • Full bathroom with double sinks The lower level includes: • Studio • Two queen bedrooms • One large full bathroom Outdoor spaces include a canyon-view deck with dining and grill access, plus direct access to the pool and spa areas. Pool Heating Pool heating is optional and available upon request with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. November through March: • $150/day for the first two days • $100/day each additional day April through October: • $150/day for the first two days • $80/day each additional day The recommended temperature to keep pool water healthy is 84 degrees. Unfortunately, we cannot heat the pool for only part of the stay or refund pool heating fees due to inclement weather. All pool heating fees are collected directly by host. Additional parking must be discussed with host before booking. Other things to note This is a luxury multi-family rental. We cater to out-of-market guests who have a prior 5-star rental history. We are in a residential neighborhood, and this is our family home. We really like our neighbors, and we want you to get along with them, too. We appreciate your respecting our home and our belongings when you're our guests, and we will bend over backward to give you the 5-star experience you expect when you select our listing. No bachelor(ette) or similar parties, event, or gatherings. Each pet guest must be pre-approved and is welcome to stay for a per pet per stay fee of $100. There is a max of two pets per booking, and each pet requires a separate pet waiver. We also require that any pet guest be on current flea and tick treatment and request the last treatment date, so please treat your pet at the time of booking. Thanks very much for the consideration!
