Why stay in an expensive, old, musty condo with unstable utilities in the noisy, crowded tourist zoo of Puntas or Sandy Beach when you can stay in a brand new, spacious home for less that is very close to all the fun, yet far from the crowds? The more that you know Rincon, the more that you'll love our home's location. The space THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL. This is a spacious, happy, brand new, clean, pest free home with all the comforts, amenities, storage space, stable utilities and covered parking because we live here part time too. Plus, we’ve worked as senior executives in hospitality for decades, so we know what it takes to make your stay pleasant and memorable, and we are committed to making it so. For example: YOU’LL SLEEP WELL: Our home has powerful AC units in ALL ROOMS including every bedroom. Each bedroom contains oversized beds (king in the master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom, twin and full in the 3rd bedroom and wooden, stable crib and mattress for the little one) with double pillowtop mattresses accompanied by extra pillows/blankets and 800+ count cotton sheets so that you'll sleep in comfort. Plus, our home is in a cozy, friendly, safe, quiet neighborhood away from all the 24-7 noise pollution of the tourist corridor. We’ve even included both blackout shades AND blackout curtains in the bedrooms so that you can sleep whenever you want. YOU’LL DINE WELL FOR LESS: Dining out is nice for part of your vacation, but it gets expensive fast. Our home has an outside BBQ grill and fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cooking utensils, kitchenware, silverware, condiments, etc. that you need, including a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, full stove, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Plus, our dining area comfortably fits up to six, full-sized adults. We also provide an adjustable, stable highchair for kids up to age 3. The grocery store is three minutes away. YOU’LL RELAX IN COMFORT: Our home includes an airconditioned, full-sized living area with large, comfortable couch and oversized chair where you can relax in comfort and surf the web via high-speed internet access throughout the entire home or watch your favorite TV show or movie on our 65”, smart HDTV with surround sound and Netflix. Plus, all of the windows in the living area, dining area, and kitchen contain blackout shades for your privacy. Or you can read your favorite book secluded in our private yard while relaxing in our large hammock for two in or out of the sun underneath our oversized umbrella that you can rotate as the sun moves. YOU CAN BRING ALL YOUR STUFF OR YOU CAN PACK LIGHT. PLUS, YOU WON’T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT PARKING: We know how annoying it becomes to have to step over all your belongings in tight quarters. You won’t have to worry about that in our home. Bring all that you want on your trip. Our home can accommodate it. Each of the bedrooms contains a full closet with hangers and oversized dressers for all your clothes. We also provide you with a large safe for all your valuables. Plus, you can store your extra gear (surfboards, dive equipment, etc.) in our oversized laundry and storage room with a door that locks. Or you can pack light and still enjoy your stay, as you have constant access to the home’s full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent. Also, parking is never an issue. The home contains a connected, covered carport along with private parking for up to three additional cars. YOU’LL BE READY IF WORK CALLS: We hope that you can totally unplug during your vacation, but if work calls, you can respond. Our home contains a workspace with wrap around desk, comfortable high-backed executive chair, large monitor to which you can connect your laptop computer, and wireless color printer/scanner so that nobody needs to know that you’re on vacation unless you want them to. STABLE UTILITIES, THANK GOD! Nothing ruins a vacation faster than no AC, internet, and/or water, and parts of Rincon (e.g. Puntas, Sandy Beach or up the hill away from the beach) are notorious for these utility outages. Fortunately, our home does not experience this. While utility outages can happen anywhere, such outages tend to be infrequent and short-lived in the area in which our home is situated. This is because our home is located two blocks from the beach just behind the sports complex near a school and other municipal buildings and within five minutes from downtown Rincon where the municipality has invested in additional infrastructure to better ensure stable utilities. YOU ARE MOST WELCOME IN OUR HOME: We’ve named our home Your Endless Summer for a reason, and we believe that you’ll understand why during your stay. We know that your vacation time spent with family and friends is priceless and that you’ll expend a lot of money and effort to get here. We also know that there are other places in Rincon that you can choose to host your stay, so we want to explicitly thank you for your interest in our home. We love our home and believe that you will too, in part because we are committed to ensuring that happens. Thank you again, you are most welcome in our home. Guest access You will have 24-7 access to the entire home, covered private parking and private yard. We value our guests' comfort and privacy. The home is easy to access. It is single-story with a minimal slope from street to the front door, double doors for both front and carport access, the living area has ample space to move around, and the hallway is wide. The bedrooms are spacious, and access to both bathrooms and showers is easy. Again, we live here part-time and value our comfort and convenience, and we know that you do too. Other things to note While we don’t have room to do it here, after you book, we can plug you into all the best vendors to use, shopping, restaurants and bakeries to visit, convenient store locations, etc. for however you would like to spend your vacation, including the best beaches, snorkeling, surf locations, surf instruction or guide, scuba diving, parasailing, horseback riding, waterfalls, hiking, bioluminescent bays, rappelling, skydiving and more. Our goal is to provide you with as much information as we can to make your stay memorable.
