Our home is a very open, airy design with 70' of covered deck and a light and colorful "coastal living" style decor and ambience throughout. The space After the damage to our property wrought by Hurricane Irma, our home has undergone almost a year of significant rebuilding and upgrading, so that the house is now all freshly painted and refinished throughout with the vast majority of fixtures, appliances and furniture replaced with new, to offer you a fresh and trouble free stay in what is a very private location with the most amazing views and natural trade wind ventilation throughout the whole property. Guest access You will have the whole of the top floor which comprises all of the main home, this includes 2 large bedrooms, each with a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, car parking space for up to three cars, a beautiful new airy kitchen with breakfast bar for four and a 70' long covered deck, as well as a hot tub and sunbathing deck on the west end of our home. Other things to note Our water supply comes from our roof and is stored in a cistern below the house, when rainfall is light we very much appreciate you doing your best to not be wasteful with your water usage. We have a fully automatic back up generator which will come on within a few seconds of any government supplied power outage. It will then shut down automatically a few minutes after government power is reinstated.
