The space Koka Villa has two bedrooms and ensuites both with air con, both upstairs, we can split beds to singles and there is plenty of wardrobe storage . downstairs there is a additional bathroom with washing machine. there is a full kitchen including dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, BBQ outside and all the cooking utensils needed to cook some tasty island food ! A UV filtered water cooler is also for you to enjoy! enjoy your favourite programmes on the smart TV that has Netflix, You Tube, there is a comfy couch, inside dining table and more chairs to utilise. there is a outside private lawn area with sun loungers, a deck with outside dining and lots of seating. the sun area captures the sun during the day and there are sun loungers to use, the deck is large and great when you need some shade. the shared salt pool (only shared with two other properties unlike a resort) is just a few steps from the villa and is 11 metres long and fenced with plenty of native tropical lush gardens for privacy as well as a outside shower. It is seldom in use as most are on the beach in a kayak or snorkelling the lagoon! the setting is so quiet and peaceful, the beach is slightly away from the main resorts in Muri so when you walk on to the beach from the Villa it feels like you have the island to yourself! Our guests rate the location 5* as is so close to the night Market and other activities - all just s stroll from the villa. step from the rear or front doors and walk across the lawn around 30m and head to the beach area where the kayaks are located and explore the lagoon. There are snorkel masks and pipes on the deck to use (no flippers). we get such great feedback on Koka Villa, it is so popular with families as there's lots of space for everyone. The pool is just half a dozen steps from the deck and yours to use throughout your stay. it is fenced, gated and private, there are 3/4's of an acre of lawns and landscaped areas including our private beach area with kayaks and snorkel gear (no fins) which is all for you to enjoy! our private setting is one of the last in Muri that hasn't been built out with multiple units or turned in to a hotel -which is why we are so popular! car parking is right in front of the Villa.
