Lakefront property completely renovated in the summer of 2019. Everything is new; stove, oven, dishwasher, laundry. Beautiful open floor plan with all new flooring and cabinets. Walkout to the huge 2 level deck and fire pit from the Kitchen or Master Bedroom. Both full bathrooms completely remodeled. Upper deck has BBQ and seating overlooking the lake. The lower deck is an outdoor gaming area with bags, ladder golf, jenga, and other games, plus extra seating. Concrete surround fire pit (bring your own firewood), gazebo, and swim dock by the water with kayaks, pedal boat, inflatable swim platform, and other lake gear for your enjoyment. Our home does NOT have a boat slip, only a 10’x10’ swim/fishing dock. You could tie a small to medium size boat to it, but there is NOT parking for boat trailer. After Labor Day, the water will be a couple feet shallower. Between February 1st and June 1st, water levels are lowered at the lake and the dock may be in shallow or no water. The water is 5' - 6’ deep at the end of the dock when water level is full. You can check water level before your trip. Look up Ozarks water depth. Be careful if entering or exiting the lake by land on the side of the dock. It is very slippery there! There is NOT trash service at our house. You will need to take your trash to dumpster at The Buck Creek Store, Jiffy Stop, or Pay per Bag (across from Lake Liquor). We do have a canister on the side of the house you can store your trash in. But when you leave that should be empty. If we have to haul your trash away, we will charge $10/ bag. Also, if you leave a trash bag outside overnight, a raccoon is guaranteed to spread it all over. So use the canister on the side of the house. Our home, like many at the lake, has a sloped gravel drive from the main road to the house. This needs to be graded from time to time. But if you are visiting in the winter, you may have trouble getting up the driveway if there is snow/ice on the ground. Make sure you have an adequate vehicle. We ask that when you check-out, you put away any of the lake equipment and patio games that you used. The ladder should be pulled up, kayaks put away, and peddle boat turned over and secured on the dock. The house is on the lake in a decently wooded setting. We have monthly pest service, but there will always be bugs. To help minimize bugs, we recommend that you keep doors closed whenever possible and to keep the back porch lights and inside lights off when not needed. The backyard does have a slope towards the water. Also, half of the backyard is rock the other half is grass. The yard is not fully fenced. Guest access Entire House, Deck, Yard, Fire Pit, Gazebo, and Swim Dock. Take care while walking down the concrete path toward the fire pit, gazebo, and lake. Like most houses on the lake, there is a slope from the house to the water. Be careful!
