The space The 2,950 sq ft villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a two step entry and one small threshold step. A bonus 320 sq ft private suite with separate entrance, includes bedroom, bathroom, and sitting area. The bonus suite is available for an extra charge for party sizes up to 8 guests and is mandatory for over 8 guests. The villa is a spacious one-story floor plan with stunning scenic views including picturesque sunrise and sunsets, Charlotte Amalie, Water Island, Hassel Island, Buck Island, St. John, St. Croix, Long Bay, and the Caribbean Sea. The large living room opens to the screened lanai with perfect ocean views while you enjoy your morning coffee, reading a book, cocktails, or dining. The adjacent gourmet kitchen comes with high-end cooking amenities. The living room has a TV, Firestick, and a variety of board games for your entertainment. Yoga gear is available for those looking to step outside for relaxation by the pool. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, A/C, and walk in closet. The third bedroom, known as the Treehouse bedroom for its phenomenal, expansive views of the harbor, has A/C, a large walk-in closet, a built-in desk, and an attached full bathroom. The scenic pool area is for use by villa guests only with sun loungers, a dining table, sofa, chairs, and a BBQ grill. The property includes colorful tropical flowers, fruit trees, solar power, and whole house triple filtered water. Guest access Guests have private access to the villa. Onsite hosts live in a separate apartment located on property. Other things to note We supply most of your beach needs: snorkeling equipment, towels, chairs, coolers, and reusable ice blocks. Make sure to bring bug repellant, reef safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and a passport if you plan on taking a British Virgin Island excursion.
