This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is newly renovated with a fully remodeled kitchen with quartz waterfall countertops. This condo is comfy, cozy with an open living layout – perfect for families and/or friends looking to share memorable experiences in Mammoth. Our home is conveniently located just a few steps from the bike path and bus lines. As you enter the condo there are two bedrooms and a full bath on the lower level. Upstairs is an open kitchen, a bathroom, and the living area with natural sun streaming in. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has 3 beds: a queen size bed and full size bunk beds as well as a large washer and dryer. The bathroom on the lower floor has a shower and large soaking tub. Cook family meals in a well-appointed kitchen. There is a coffee maker, slow cooker, air fryer and more. Upstairs the wood burning stove will be a cozy feature when the weather gets chilly. There is a smart tv with Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. There are games, toys, and books to enjoy with the family. The balcony is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy fresh mountain air. “PET POLICY” Due to severe allergies of the hostess, PETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Bringing a pet without prior knowledge could unintentionally cause a sever allergic reaction. Service animals are allowed with prior notice at time of booking. Service animals may never be left unattended in the unit. Animals found unattended will be promptly removed and boarded at the owners expense.
