Welcome to Motherlode Manor! My place is a large, inviting and tastefully decorated space that can be your home away from home. Enter thru the separate combination lock entry into a beautiful living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings. The living room has all new furnishings, comfortable couches , coffee and end tables and a 50" smart TV with Netflixs, Spotify, youtube, and browser for your viewing pleasure. There is a large, bright dining room, and a roll top desk for use with your laptop. The beautiful, well equipped kitchen will fill all your cooking requirements. The deck is beautiful and large with ample seating. There's lots of room for the kids to play in. Guests have a private suite consisting of 2 floors with 1500' of living area, the deck and backyard, exclusively. Owner lives in the bottom 2 floors of the house. There is a solid partition separating both suites. I am always available by messaging, and in person if needed, to answer any inquires. There is a grocery store a 5 minute drive away, and a few restaurants and neighborhood pubs in the area, as well. There are beautiful walking trails all around the subdivision, that get you into the Whitehorse wilderness. Motherlode Manor is only a few minutes drive from downtown Whitehorse and our international airport, There is a bus stop 5 minutes away, if you would like to use public transit.
