Welcome to Motherlode Manor! My place is a large, inviting and tastefully decorated space that can be your home away from home. Enter thru the separate combination lock entry into a beautiful living room and dining room with vaulted ceilings. The living room has all new furnishings, comfortable couches , coffee and end tables and a 50" smart TV with Netflixs, Spotify, youtube, and browser for your viewing pleasure. The space There is a large, bright dining room, and a roll top desk for use with your laptop. The beautiful, well equipped kitchen will fill all your cooking requirements. The deck is beautiful and large with ample seating. There's lots of room for the kids to play in. Guest access Guests have a private suite consisting of 2 floors with 1500' of living area, the deck and backyard, exclusively. Owner lives in the bottom 2 floors of the house. There is a solid partition separating both suites. Other things to note Because we are in the 'Land of the Midnight Sun, all bedrooms have blinds and/ or dark curtains
