Recently remodeled COZY, BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING 3 bedroom FIRST FLOOR apartment, located in Loiza, PR. Just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. The complex is designed for the enjoy of the whole family. Beach and grounds are quiet and peaceful but close to water sport activities, bars and restaurants. The complex have 5 pools, a water slide and a water park a lazy river, 2 hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, sand volleyball, mini golf and playgrounds for the little ones. The space Apartment 7801, One of the few apartments in front of the main pool and jacuzzi. The main pool has a water park style with a slide. The apartment includes the best accommodations: High-speed internet and Wifi, home theater system, 52” flat screen TV and Cable with HD channels. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Guest access No outside visitors are allowed at the complex. *Resort bracelets are required to be worn by guests to use the facilities and to maintain the security of owners and guests. The apartment includes beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. *Guest cannot receive visitors. Only guests are allowed to stay and used the complex facilities. *Other things to note: We expect our guest to treat our like if it was their own, respecting our property and neighborhoods. Other things to note -Guest should wear their wristbands all the time. -Pools: Open from 9am to 1am. -The pool slide at the Pool#4 and waterpark are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 5:00pm. -No drink, eat or alcohol are allowed near the pools. It should be 6ft of distance. -Access gate to the Beach: 7am to 7pm -Children under 12 years old MUST be accompanied by and adult. -Pets are not allowed in the pool and surrounding areas We will be happy to host you. Weather in PR is usually very nice. Relaxing at our Cozy Apartment is a great treat.
