Conveniently located on the south end of 7mile beach, walking distance to most bars & restaurants, Supermarket, Town and Camana Bay. Beach is a 2 min walk away and 20ft to the "Lazy Lizard" large pool bar. COMPLIMENTARY loungers & umbrellas, outdoor shower, beautiful waterfall feature, mini lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, BBQ/picnic area. This condo is stocked with all the basic essentials, coffee, spices, shower soaps, beach toys, cooler..etc. People from all backgrounds welcome. The space Garden view with a private beach that is only a 2 minute walk from the front door. The unit is 1200 square feet and ground floor = NO STAIRS! Pool was recently resurfaced, brand new hurricane impact windows and sliding doors installed which makes for a quiet unit. King Bed with gel memory foam mattresses in master bedroom equipped with a smart TV and cable, en suite bathroom with his and her vanity. Black out curtains in case you prefer to sleep in. Queen Bed with gel memory foam mattress in second room equipped with a Smart TV with Netflix ready to stream and the bathroom is adjacent from the bedroom. Black out curtains also in this room. 2 compact futons in living room. There are also black out curtains, perfect for sleeping in. ***Sleeps 4 adults comfortably*** No charge for extra guests (more than 4 adults) however 7 guests should be the maximum in the condo. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: - primarty bedroom, king bed (sleeps 2) - second bedroom, queen bed (sleeps 2) - livingroom, 2 compact futons (sleeps 1 per futon) - queen blow up mattress (sleeps up to 2) BABIES: Upon request - a pack n play with a mattress pad for added comfort for your little one and clean linens set up for you, also a high chair to use at no additional charge :-) There are beach toys for kids in the utility closet by the entrance on the bottom shelf. Foam matts stored in second bedroom closet in a box. PATIO: The back patio has a beautiful and private garden view, equipped with table and chairs as well as sun loungers and a hammock. Large garden for kids and adults to play. Electric grill set up, do not grill inside the condo. Shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, cotton swabs/pads, feminine products, hair dryer, beach towels, bath towels all included for use for the duration of your stay. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 major appliances as well as timed coffee maker, espresso maker, air fryer, mixer, food processor...etc. Great kitchen if you love to cook! Large dining room table, great for family dining. FOOD & BEVERAGE: The cupboard is stocked with basic essentials. The refrigerator water is filtered so no need to purchase bottled water from the supermarket. En suite washer/dryer - detergent & fabric softener included, iron & ironing board. BEACH: Cooler with wheels, beach towels, beach bag, kids beach toys, water noodles all available for use. There are also two tennis rackets and tennis balls. Central air conditioning with smart thermostat, on demand water heater, water softening system, refrigerator has filtered water for drinking which will SAVE you MONEY on having to purchase bottled water! MODERN TECHNOLOGY: including a key-less entry system (with your own unique code for the duration of your stay) so you don't have to worry about carrying keys, smart thermostat, smart TV with cable in the livingroom and primary bedroom, smart TV in the second bedroom with Netflix signed in, FREE WiFi included, power bar with international plugs in kitchen, USB plug sockets in the kitchen, as well as the bedrooms, Amazon Echo (aka "Alexa"), books for all ages, games, DVD movies, DVD player, Nintendo Wii with all the games and attachments. This is a comfortable and cozy unit equipped with everything that will feel like your home away from home. There are security guards on premise 24/7 and CCTV cameras around the property. *Although the complex is extremely safe, please keep doors and windows closed at all times, locked when you are not in the condo and at night when you are sleeping. Guest access Large semi-private patio equipped with furniture and large garden area that is fenced. Perfect for kids to play while adults relax on the patio. Steps away from a swim up pool bar "Lazy Lizard", waterfall feature with lazy river, kiddie pool and BBQ area. 2 minutes to the beach - equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas, outdoor shower. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page .
