The Barn on Rennie

A luxuriously finished barn-style guest house. It is located on our 4 acre property in a popular rural neighbourhood near ocean, biking and skiing. The Barn is a single unit house which is located 240 feet from our home on the property with it's own patio and small yard. Although we allow 6 guests, the Barn is best suited for a max of 2 couples or a family group (not 6 adults). The space 1,000 SqF on first floor and a 400 Sqf loft area. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. The main bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed. The loft has a queen bed, sofa bed and 2nd TV (a good space for kids on a rainy day). The loft would not be a safe space for small children on their own, due to the spiral staircase. There are patios with deck furniture and a bbq to enjoy the quite, treed outside area. Guest access Guests have full access to the guest house and the yard around it. They can access trails from our yard.
