We invite you to enjoy our beautiful 4-acre villa, surrounded by a tropical forest and looking out at blue Caribbean waters. You will enjoy astonishing sunsets, pampered in luxurious surroundings. We are far from tourist traffic but close to everything. Are you a diver? The dive shop will pick you up off our dock. Or, swim off the dock, fish in the Bight, kayak through the mangroves. Luxurious master suites, gourmet kitchen, infinity pool ...Walk the labyrinth. Smell the orchids. Paradise! The space •GREAT FOR DIVERS! FAMILY/GROUP FRIENDLY La Diosa is built on four acres of tropical forest on Roatan's unspoiled east end. The villa overlooks the Caribbean with spectacular views on every level. Open floor plan, large decks both upstairs and down. There are four bedrooms, including two master suites. There are intimate private spaces as well as spaces for large family gatherings. •BEDROOMS: The main living space and all four bedrooms have a/c. All spaces have industrial ceiling fans for your comfort. The Guava Suite by the pool has a king bed, seating area, two private porches and ensuite bath. The Politilly Suite on the second level has a queen bed, seating area, two porches, a soaking tub for two, a Balinese shower, and ensuite bath. Guest Bedroom #1 has a double bed and a half bath. Guest Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and shares the half bath. Guest Bedroom #3: The Writers’ Tower can accommodate a double aerobed if needed by larger parties. •OUTDOOR LIVING: Our spacious outdoor decks have sun and shade, lounging chairs, and eating areas. The upstairs deck has panoramic views and a dining table that can accommodate 10 people The infinity pool and pool lounging area are on the first level. There are screened porches on each level. The poolside porch has a bar, lounging area, small frig, and yoga and exercise equipment so you won’t miss your workout. Sunsets are to die for, and the panoramic views to the ocean go on forever… •INDOOR LIVING: With an open floor plan and cathedral ceiling, the Great Room has a living room area and a gourmet kitchen. The room has three separate dining areas and views to the Caribbean. The kitchen has a large island, many gourmet utensils. Even if you don’t cook it’s a fab place to hang out. •THE CARIBBEAN SEA: We have a boathouse on the beach with four kayaks and a paddleboard. There is a small beach and a private dock you can swim off. Politilly Bight has a wonderful mangrove tunnel easily reached by kayak, and we have bouys by the reef that you can tie the kayaks off to for snorkeling. The water is shallow in front of the beach, and it is a perfect area for swimming. •THE GARDENS: Paths meander through the villa's four acres of tropical forest. Besides the tropical gardens, fruit trees, orchids and other native flowers, we built Roatan’s first labyrinth from the quartz rock found on the villa's grounds. • IN GENERAL: So that you will never be bored, there is Internet and cable TV, hundreds of DVDs and dozens of games and books (which you can read in the hammock or the oversized lounging chairs). The villa accommodates up to 9 people. Guest access You have use of the entire 4 acre villa, whether you rent one bedroom or four. The space includes private pool, dock and beach, three ocean kayaks and a paddle board, yoga and exercise equipment, third story writers' retreat, meditation labyrinth and acres of tropical gardens, and large outdoor spaces both upstairs and down. Other things to note We only rent to one party at a time. Whether you rent one bedroom or four, the entire 4 acre estate is yours alone to enjoy.
