We offer a low cost alternative to Bermuda's hotels. By staying here you can choose to eat in or dine out at the nearby 5 star restaurants and still play golf on our world class courses and visit all the tourist attractions across the island. No children under 18 years old. Please note there is no Available Parking - other than for Scooters or Electric Vehicles. I.E. No Car Parking. The space This cozy studio apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket as well as 2 major bus routes and a 5 minute ride or 25 minute walk to Warwick Long Bay Beach on our beautiful South Shore. The studio is clean and stylishly decorated. It has a queen size bed, Cable TV, phone and is air conditioned. It comes with all necessities including towels, household linens, iron, hairdryer etc. This unit has WiFi, IPTV and a desk area. The bathroom has a large shower, toilet and vanity basin. There is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker) with a bar style eating area. Outside, in a sunny spot among the flowers and palm trees, is a shaded table and chairs as well as a BBQ for your own use. Guests are welcome to share use of the pool area. There is another guest apartment on this property which may be rented at the same time to provide accommodation for 2 couples. This is a no smoking apartment with weekly maid service. Guest access ON ARRIVAL the door to your apartment will be unlocked and the keys will be inside on the desk. Guests come and go as they please. The pool and pool area BBQs etc are always available. Other things to note We are on a tropical island and there will be some bugs – ants, the odd roach and maybe a spider or two – all bugs in Bermuda are HARMLESS!! So, please do not leave open food lying around in the house (put it in the fridge!!)– or you will definitely see the bugs!! We have a friendly well behaved dog, an English Cocker spaniel Thandi, a parrot (Peefa Parrot) and 3 chickens. We can recommend a good scooter hire company if you wish and we have a safe place to park scooters. We can recommend a taxi for airport pick up if you wish. We also have available onsite Electric Car Charging - which is now an option should you not wish to ride the bus or scooters.
