Modern (2bdr/1.5) house, with great views, in a relaxing mountain location. The rental include the whole property and is not shared with anyone but you and your companion as guests during your stay. Also, this is a townhouse style home with independent and separate driveway, separate entrance and exclusive amenities, so is not shared with anyone else, which provide privacy for you and your companions. The space O The position of the house on top of a hill brings a lot fresh air, with an independent and private entrance, in the morning beautiful birds will sing at dawn. House is offered for guests use only and is not shared with owner or other guests, as such there is total privacy during your stay. The house bedrooms are now equipped with air conditioning, which now is available without additional fees for new bookings placed after November 1st, 2024, however, many guest love the continuous refreshing mountain breeze. The house has 2 queen beds, 1 full folding bed, and 1 sofa bed, so 6 guests can sleep comfortably. The house is located about an hour from San Juan Airport and nearest beach. If arriving at night suggest to drive carefully, as with any other countryside road these could be narrowed when you approach the house. During daytime you will get used to drive comfortably. We offer long stays with a significant discount here in the app, guests will be in responsible of maintaining property, linens, etc. during long stays. We are about an hour away from San Juan airport (SJU). As such a rental car is highly recommended when traveling outside San Juan, as public transportation is limited. Ride sharing services is limited and only works one way from San Juan and taxi service is limited. The property was recently rehabbed and there is no additional work in progress, so you can enjoy a relaxing environment. Disclaimer: There are security monitoring cameras in the exterior of the property, facing the driveways only, there are no security cameras inside this property. The videos are not stored, as this is a deterrent for precautionary measure. Please ensure you and your companions use caution at all times walking outside the house. We encourage that you and your companion observe extra caution in the balconies/terrace and do not seat, jump or lean on the glass handrails. Guest access The house is equipped with all basic amenities, two parking spots, and private because it’s at a distance from owner house, who will be available to support you during your visit. However, this rental space is not shared with anyone just guests under your reservation. There is a CrossFit and regular gym close by the house and could allow for daily or weekly use for nominal fee.
