Tranquil Home On "Gringo Hill"

Our home is located just above the square in Sayulita on "Gringo Hill". The neighborhood is great with approximately 50% of the homes owner occupied and 50% vacation rentals." Gringo Hill" is a great location as you have access to the best of Sayulita - beaches, shopping and restaurants - within a 10 minute walking distance. Because our home is above the town square, you do not have the noise and congestion you find when renting in town or on the beach. 4 Adults max + four children max The space Our home is 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms give plenty of privacy as the master is upstairs and the guest bedroom is down. Each bedroom has a bathroom on suite. There is a guest 1/2 bath off the living room for convenience. The downstairs of our home is an "open floor plan". From the kitchen, the living area is accessible, so you are not isolated from the party. Between the kitchen and the living spaces, there is a breakfast bar where you can eat or talk to the cook. It is a great place to feed kids. Our home has a very large front porch that overlooks the pool. On the porch, we have a large dining table where you can sit up to eight. The table on the porch is a great place to take your meals or simply to unwind and visit. On the porch, you will also find other seating areas. There are other seating areas on the grounds If you have children, we have a crib and high chair. In the closet behind the kitchen, we also have life jackets for children of most ages. Our property is fenced, but the pool is open to the house. I encourage you to have your children wear a life jacket unless they are good swimmers and "waterproof". One great thing about our pool is that it is a "wade in" pool, so it is great for small children to sit in the 6 inch deep water. It is also a great place to get sun while using the water to cool off. Our home has two upper decks for viewing the ocean and lush surroundings. The deck off the master bedroom has both shade and sun. It is a large area and is a great place to relax. While on the master deck, you will see a set of stairs that leads to the upper deck. On the upper deck, you will find a seating area and a panoramic view of Sayulita and the Pacific Ocean. A word of caution, children should not be allowed on the upper deck without adult supervision - just like a hotel balcony. Our home is "kid friendly" but they do have access to the pool and upper balconies if you do not latch the doors at the top - out of their reach. However, there are no busy streets and our home is very private to traffic and other visitors.
