This is a second floor condo in a complex of 13 units (very private with no high-rises) with a great view. Climb up to the rooftop palapa for an even more spectacular view! It is shared with the other two condos in our building and has comfortable furniture and a full size table for al fresco dining. We will assist you in arranging activities for your stay including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips with boat pickup right on the beach. In addition, we can also arrange for a private cook or massage for an additional cost. The condo is stocked with everything you will need including beach towels, snorkel gear, BBQ, a hammock, full kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room. We are located within walking distance of Chankanaab Marine Park and Uvas Beach Club featuring glass bottom kayak excursions. Tortugas Beach club next door has a dock where you can arrange boat pickup for snorkel/dive trips. Our bilingual property manager will offer advice and discounts on various activities on the island. The south side the island is preferred due to the close proximity of the coral reefs and popular beach clubs. Located just south of town, you are only a five-minute drive to the shops, restaurants, and activities of San Miguel.
