Culebra Sunrise - Villa del Alba is nestled high in the Culebra hills that surround the beautiful Ensenada Honda. This jewel is just minutes away from Flamenco beach and the town of Dewey. Every room on this house has been professionally designed and decorated to offer the most amazing rental experience in Culebra. The space There are three lock-out units within this house, all of which can be rented as a single unit or just single areas according to the number of guests. The BASE RATE includes up to 8 guests. Additional guests (over 8) pay $175/guest/night. Lock-out units will never be rented to different groups or families at the same time. Only one single family or group can rent the property at once. The Main House has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that sleep up to 6 guests. Studio #1 is a lock-out unit connected to the main house. It has a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom and sleeps up to 4 guests. Studio #1 has direct access to the pool area. Studio #2 is an independent unit that sleeps 4 guests. It has a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Number of guests will determine total cost for the rental and the areas that will be available. The main house is included in the base rate and is for up to 6 guests. If there are more than 6 guests you will have access to the Main House and Studio 1 will become available, if there are more than 10 guests (up to max of 14) Studio 2 becomes available as well. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to input exact number of guests (children over 2 years old count as guests). Number of guests will be strictly enforced. There are surveillance cameras around the exterior of the property. You may inquire about studio availability for last minute getaways. Guest access The house is divided into three units, namely, Main House, Studio #1 & Studio #2. Access to each area will depend on the number of guests. The pool deck area may be accessed from by the Main House and Studio #1. Studio #2 does not have direct access to the Pool Area. Number of guests per unit will be strictly enforced. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Pool Area. This is an adult swimming pool with an infinity edge. There are surveillance cameras around the exterior of the property. Other things to note Getting to Culebra can be an unforgettable experience on itself but feel free to ask us for help to coordinate travel. A short 15 minute flight from Ceiba airport is the best option but has to be arranged ahead of time. The new ferry online service, puertoricoferry works great but you must reserve early otherwise you must travel to the ferry terminal to purchase tickets in person.
