Local family owned and operated rental in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Sitka and within walking distance to nearby grocery store. Open floor plan for kitchen/dining area and living room. Large bedrooms with flexible bedding options and large closets. Ground floor access with a large covered deck area and partial water view. We’re close to downtown. A little over 1 mile. Only blocks from a large grocery store. And a few minutes walking distance from a great trail system. Guests will access the apartment from the first floor, South deck(left hand side if facing building from street), next to garage. We share access to the garage, for apartment laundry machine. We would appreciate the garage only be accessed through the apartment. Parking is shared in front of the residence. We’re just a flight of stairs away, and are happy to answer any questions or comments in person, by text, phone call, or email. “On street” parking, is not allowed. Our renters and friends must park in the driveway, per city regulations. We’re pretty accommodating for the parking. We’ll park away from the entrance when we can! We have a substantial inventory of books, cooking utensils, dishes, and other amenities available for use by guests. We would appreciate if something is broken, or not working, that we be informed before guests check out.
