The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One of them has a beautiful walk-in dressing room while the other has a regular wardrobe with plenty of space. The bathroom is a bit small but fully equipped with a tub and bidet. The kitchen has a washing/drying machine and a counter that blends with the living room, where you can find an L shaped couch and a sofa bed for 2. It has a beautiful and bright indoor garden with a dinning table with 4 chairs and a private patio with a grill. Besides the fact that the apartment is newly remodeled, it is located in one of the most exclusive and renowned neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, surrounded by embassies, shopping centers (Patio Bullrich and Recoleta Mall), stores, La Recova (restaurants spot) and cafeterias. It has a privileged location just a few steps from one of the most prestigious and exclusive avenues in the city, Alvear Avenue. Just a few blocks away, within walking distance, you can get to the Recoleta Cemetery, located in Plaza Francia, where you can also find a shopping center with state of the art cinemas, restaurants and night clubs. In case of need, you can find a mini-market and pharmacy just around the corner. The apartment has easy access to several bus lines which can take you to points of interest like the Obelisco, Puerto Madero or La Boca. Or you can also have a 10 minutes walk to the Retiro gran central station where you can access both the subway and trains network to reach the entire city, as well as long distance buses in case you want to have a small trip to another city. The building where the apartment is located doesn't have any common areas other than the main hall, so you will have complete private access to the apartment, which is on the ground floor. You may use the washing/drying machine, grill and patio completely private to yourself. We offer cable tv and wireless internet. We are constantly available through the Airbnb messenger as well as (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). We are not living in Buenos Aires at the moment, which allows us to rent our own personal home, however, we have extremely trustworthy people who will answer for us in case of need, making sure that your stay is excellent. Please take good care of the keys that are handed to you, as they are expensive to replace and will be discounted from your security deposit in case of missing them.
