You want to do something different, set your own pace, not be bound by hotel timetables and dress codes. Preferably, you’d like just to be in a vacation house with your family and friends and have your staff attend to you. You know what you want, but is it available? Well, of course it is! You’ve just described some of the advantages of a Jam Villa Resort vacation. The space 7 - 13 BEDROOM PRIVATE LUXURIOUS BOUTIQUE RESORT LOCATED IN A GUARD GATED BEACH COMMUNITY WITH 24 HOUR MOBILE SECURITY Main House (7 bedrooms)…$1500 per night including head chef, kitchen staff and housekeeping. The main house consists of two wings adjoined by large lobby areas, the main dining room and a kitchenette for guests. This main house has seven bedrooms sleeping 14 guests plus two kids’ fold up beds. The LEFT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #1, #2 and #3. These are each equipped with one king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Room #1 is the largest followed by room #3. The RIGHT WING of the main house includes bedrooms #4, #5, #6 and #7. Rooms #4 and #5 are the same size and each is equipped with a queen sized bed. They share an adjoining bathroom. Room #6, our smallest room, is geared for kids and is equipped with two twin sized beds and ensuite bathroom. Access to room #7 is through room #6. Room #7 is equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Rooms #6 and #7 combined is what we describe as the parents/kids quarters. Main House and Poolside Block (13 rooms)…$2500 per night including head chef, kitchen staff and housekeeping. The poolside block of six rooms is adjacent to the main house and is next to the lobby. Rooms #8 and #13 are the largest and are each equipped with two queen sized beds, ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette. Rooms #9, #10, #11 and #12 are each equipped with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The seven bedroom main house along with the poolside block of six rooms can sleep 32 people and is offered at a rate of $2500 per night. The main house includes your living room, formal dining and a guest kitchen. All reservations include head chef, kitchen staff and housekeeping services as well as our on property host. Main House....sleeps 14 to 16 Room 1….king size bed, ensuite bathroom. Room 2….king size bed, ensuite bathroom. Room 3….king size bed, ensuite bathroom. Rooms 4 and 5….queen size bed in each, adjoining bathroom. Room 6 and 7....Parents/kids two bedroom unit with access through room 6. Room 6….kids’ bedroom with two twin size beds, ensuite bathroom. Room 7....king size bed, ensuite bathroom. Two fold up beds for kids are available in the main house. Poolside Block...sleeps 16 Rooms #8 and #13…two queen size beds, ensuite bathroom, ensuite kitchenette.
